Prices per week for Villa Catalina includes cleaning, electricity and water- there is no gas.

Bookings for Villa Catalina are normally weekly from Saturdays (although this may be flexible, apart from in July and August), arrival after 4pm and departure before 10am (again this can sometimes be flexible). A 25% deposit is required with your booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before the holiday commences. There is also a £200 damage/breakage deposit payable with the balance which is refundable after the end of the holiday.

Bed linen and bath mats for the shower rooms are supplied but not towels. However, a tea towel and a kitchen hand towel are provided.

Villa Catalina is cleaned prior to your holiday.

High chairs and travel cots can be hired at additional cost.

As it can get quite cold between November and April in the evenings on the Costa Blanca and due to the extra costs of heating at this time of the year we would have to make an additional charge to cover this. The electricity meter would be read on your arrival and departure days and the cost would be calculated from the meter readings. A deduction would then be made out of the damage/breakage Deposit which would increase to £250 and the balance would be returned to you. This appears to be the usual method in the area.
