Directions to Calpe
Detailed directions to Villa Catalina will be supplied after booking.
Turn right out of the main car park from the Car Hire section to the first road junction & bear left following the blue signs to the Motorway E15/A7.
Follow the signs to the Motorway E15/A7 and take the Valencia direction (keep to the right when approaching the Motorway entry just after going under three bridges close together), approx two kilometres from the car park. Do not take the Murcia entry to the Motorway.
Stay on the E15/A7 north and follow the signs for Valencia for around 60 Km, (if you are on the motorway and see the sea on your right and signs for Murcia you are going south in the wrong direction!) passing Alicante, (through a long tunnel-keep to the 80 km speed limit) Villajoyosa and Benidorm and take the Calpe/Altea exit. After passing through the toll keep straight on and join the N332 signposted to Calpe (NOT the Altea turnoff).
After 7-8Km turn right into Calpe at the Calpe Sur turning.
To Alicante Airport from Villa Catalina
Follow the signs out of Calpe signposted Alicante on N332 south to Altea. Take the exit before Altea for the Motorway E15/A7 and take the Alicante direction (keep to the left when approaching the entry to the Motorway, if you are on the motorway and see signs for Valencia you are going north in the wrong direction!) passing Benidorm, Villajoyosa and Alicante, (through a long tunnel-keep to the 80 km speed limit) and take the Airport exit.
If you have a hire car it is suggested that you drop off your passengers at the Departure Hall turning left at the end of the airport road and then follow the road round to the left and keeping left, look out for the car rental signs and turn left onto the car park slip road before the road junction. Otherwise take the first turning on the left after leaving the motorway and follow the car rental signs into the car park.

We can direct you to an excellent hire company who, we have found, are the cheapest. There is a coach direct from Alicante airport, or a coach from Alicante airport to Alicante City and a train or a coach from Alicante City to Calpe. You can catch a bus from Alicante airport to Alicante City at stop No.30 (come out of the arrival building across first street, left-hand-up slope). The service starts at 06.30 with a bus every 40 minutes until 23.10 at night. Journey time of 35-40 minutes.
